Kids today

The number 2 bus stopped in front of the ZJ Loussac Public Library and opened it's doors. A young man bounced out the door and pivoted to remove his bike from the rack on the front of the bus. I started to move toward the door when a second young man bounced to the front of the bus and started out. We both looked up startled. He was first to respond. "Oh, excuse me sir," he said stepping around me. I sighed, climbed aboard and began inserting my money into the cash acceptor. "I hate it when they call me 'sir'," I told the driver. He smiled even though he didn't get it. Yet.
