Archive problem I just noticed that my archives had vanished. I'm not sure how long they've been MIA, but I republished them and they appear to be back and complete.
John J. McKay is an underemployed, grumpy, and aging liberal who lives in the Great Northwest. His book about early discoveries of woolly mammoths, Discovering the Mammoth, came out in August 2017. He's now researching a book on permafrost, tundra, and climate change.
